  • Manage project resources, identify potential gaps, and develop contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor project financial performance and contribute to meeting assigned revenue and budget targets.
  • Facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and promote effective teamwork across global project teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet contractual requirements, client expectations, and applicable clinical research standards and SOPs.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and quality across assigned projects.

What You'll Bring

  • University or college degree in a life science discipline preferred, or certification in a related allied health profession, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, including demonstrated clinical project management experience; alternatively, significant healthcare supervisory experience combined with clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, cross-functional project teams and managing CNS clinical research projects is required for this role.
