Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Compile, maintain and update sales data and records.
- Prepare regular sales and management reports.
- Assist with sales performance tracking, pipeline monitoring and data analysis.
- Prepare tables, charts, dashboards and presentation materials.
- Check data accuracy and follow up on missing or inconsistent information.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required information.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and projects as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related discipline.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data. Knowledge of Excel formulas is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, organised and willing to learn.
- Interested in gaining exposure to the banking and financial services industry.
