The Opportunity
As a Managed Services, Epic Certified Manager (Beaker, Radiant, Willow) you will lead client support work within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, guiding managed services delivery for Epic Beaker, Radiant, and Willow environments. As a Manager you will direct teams, coach junior professionals, manage priorities and timelines, and take ownership of workstreams while applying sound judgment to complex issues and shifting client needs. In this role at PwC, you will bring together application consulting, service delivery, and stakeholder coordination to help develop practical solutions, maintain consistent deliverables, and support client accounts across ongoing engagements.
Responsibilities
- Leading Epic application support workstreams for Beaker, Radiant, and Willow within managed services engagements
- Managing client service requests, issue resolution, and ongoing system support across clinical and revenue cycle environments
- Coordinating team tasks, timelines, and deliverables for configuration, testing, and production support activities
- Reviewing system changes and application requests to validate alignment with workflow, data, and operational requirements
- Guiding junior team members through coaching, feedback, and review of work products
- Translating business needs into functional system solutions using Epic software and electronic health record knowledge
- Analyzing application performance, incident trends, and user feedback to identify process improvement opportunities
- Supporting data-driven decisions through health information systems, health data analytics, and digital tool usage
- Maintaining service documentation, support procedures, and configuration records for assigned applications
- Building relationships with healthcare stakeholders to clarify needs, discuss issues, and move support activities forward
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Holding Epic certification in Beaker, Radiant, or Willow
- Managing managed services workstreams within Epic environments
- Applying healthcare technology knowledge to client support delivery
- Coaching teams through Electronic Health Record system changes
- Leveraging business analysis and analytical reasoning in complex issues

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
