General Dentist (Associate)
The Opportunity
A highly reputable, modern practice in Asheville is seeking a General Dentist to join their team. You will be stepping into an established, busy schedule (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to take over for a relocating dentist.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earnings: $200,000+ income potential (based on experience and clinical skill set)
- Rate: 32% of adjusted production, no lab deductions

- Patient Mix: PPO and fee-for-service/cash patients across all demographics.

Candidate Requirements
- North Carolina dental license
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong work ethic and motivation to learn
- Collaborative team player
- Open to all experience levels, but at least one year of experience or residency preferred
Mentorship Style: The owner is happy to provide clinical mentorship for newer doctors, but maintains a hands-off management style to give experienced associates complete clinical autonomy.
