Position Summary
This position involves working with the Quality Operations Global API team and providing support in documentation management. This role includes assisting in all stages of the document workflow, streamlining documentation management systems, supporting VPT associated operations, and interdepartmental communications.
Responsibilities
• Initiate, revise and evaluate change controls in respect of contract manufacturers
• Support all activities associated with uploading and approval of protocols, reports, memos and other quality relevant documents in the Document Management System
• Support preparation of Quality Agreements and purchase specs.
• Support Annual Product Reviews submitted by the CMO’s and prepare for approval.
• Support in providing information for quality council meeting
• Follow corporate policies and directives.
• Support audit observation closure.
• Review and update CMO Bona Fides as required.
• Support the update of annual risk assessments for CMOs as required.
• Support the update of stability protocols as necessary.
• Support quality related projects as required.
• Manage the annual Batch Record Review-Requalification of CMOs.
• Meet all targets related to BMS metrics.
Required Competencies
Minimum 2 years of relevant academic experience and knowledge in a
science discipline (e.g., chemistry, pharmacy, micro-biology, or a related pharmaceutical degree).
• Technical knowledge in chemical, biological and/or pharmaceutical
operations which enables first-hand knowledge of manufacturing,
quality control, quality assurance, regulatory affairs/sciences, and interface with research & development.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
• Ability to build relationships and partnerships at external manufacturers.
• Negotiation, communication and presentation skills across all levels
both internal and external to BMS.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Overview:
2213.90 € per monthPay for this internship/co‑op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location.
Interns and co‑op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations.
This is a temporary, time‑bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co‑op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment following program completion.
