Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

China Hong KongJob Responsibilities:
• Established procedures and guidelines for custody and its related services (global custody, fund admin, Agency and Trust, Common Depository) as assigned
• Implement product design and maintain high quality and adequate controls according to established procedures and guidelines
• Assist Product Management Head to provide professional product expertise and management in relation to local custody, global custody, fund admin, agency and trust, common depository related services
• Prepare and implement necessary actions to improve productivity, to enhance efficiency, and to minimize risks of securities services related operational delivery and system capacity
• Control, review and liaise with relevant parties independently on account documentations, including services agreements, trust deed and other account related documents, etc., and manage monitor service deliverability.
• Ensure account documentation in compliance with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirement
• Engage team members and colleagues to face clients and work for sales targets
• Collaborate with Operation team to receive client feedbacks, to resolve client issues, and to improve client experience with our deliveries
• Develop and enhance our client experience delivery and service quality with clients
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in custody operations, corporate trust/ fund custodian & administration/common depository business with knowledge in securities markets, fund administration and asset management operation.
• Complete and comprehensive knowledge of financial investments and equity capital (equity and bond) markets.
• Profound expertise in the management of funds administration and custodian services business .
• Be familiar with and insight view toward the market trend and product/ system development for custodian services.
• Sound fund services and operation knowledge.
