- Manage shift wafer saw production operations.
- Monitor shift production output, yield, and machine performance.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and safety requirements are met.
- Work with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.
- Prepare and review production reports and KPIs.
- Track shift production performance and equipment efficiency.
- Analyze manufacturing data and identify issues.
- Coordinate production priorities and schedules.
- Support operators and technicians.
- Participate in production and improvement meetings.
- Maintaining high production yield and quality.
- Reducing machine downtime.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of manufacturing or semiconductor experience.
- Knowledge of production processes and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in Wafer Saw or Semiconductor Pre-Assembly.
- Knowledge of SPC, MES, SAP, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
- Experience leading improvement projects.
