About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced senior graphic designer to join our growing team and take a leadership role within our design department. In this position, we'll rely on you to guide projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring every design meets our quality standards while bringing fresh, strategic ideas to the table. You'll work closely with our creative team and clients to make sure each project reflects both brand identity and design excellence.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design work
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally 4+ years in an agency or studio setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Ability to present ideas clearly and respond well to client feedback
- Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from concept to final delivery across print and digital platforms
