What you'll do in the role:

> Relationship Origination: Build trust-based relationships through credible and professional interactions.
> Referral Generation: Qualify prospects and refer them to the respective divisions for onboarding and ongoing management.
> Market Development: Establish and maintain a robust referral network with professionals across all types of client segments.
> Business Planning: Set clear growth objectives, monitor activity and progress, and adapt plans to meet or exceed referral and Revenue / Net New Assets targets.
> Collaboration: Coordinate closely with UK representatives and internal partners to ensure a smooth handover and consistent client experience.
> Brand Representation: Represent the firm with integrity, professionalism, and discretion at networking events, and client introductions. What you'll bring to the role:
> Proven success in referring business leads to Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Asset Management and Wealth Management within the UK market.
> Strong business development skills with expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and proactive referral generation.
> Established network across the various client segments.
> Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
> Strong organizational discipline with a structured approach to business development and relationship management.
> Good knowledge of regulatory considerations including UKRND, cross-border standards, FATCA, CRS, and Risk & Compliance frameworks.
> Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude, capable of operating independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
