Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Senior Logistics Budget & Operational Performance Manager" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

 

In this role you will;

 

• Manage and control the logistics operational budget with a high level of accuracy, ensuring effective cost management and financial discipline.
• Ensure timely budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and performance monitoring throughout the financial cycle.
• Monitor and manage key operational KPIs across Industrial, Logistics, Customer Service, Inventory, and related functions, driving continuous performance improvement.
• Track productivity initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and contribute to the development of new efficiency and cost optimization projects.
• Ensure the timely achievement of targeted operational and financial KPIs by proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and foster strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve business and operational objectives.
• Identify, implement, and leverage analytical tools, systems, and digital solutions to optimize industrial and logistics processes, costs, and productivity.
• Analyze operational performance trends and provide guidance, challenge, and support to relevant teams to drive higher levels of performance and accountability.
• Partner closely with IT and Operational Technology (OT) teams to design, develop, and implement digital and operational software solutions that enhance efficiency and business performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights, process standardization, and operational excellence methodologies.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations, with a strong focus on Warehouse and Logistics Operations Management.
• Strong expertise in Logistics Operations, Budget Management, and Cost Control within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end operational performance through data analysis, performance reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics KPIs, with the ability to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive results through data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in identifying and implementing productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization projects across logistics and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
• Proficiency in analytical tools, performance management systems, and digital solutions that support operational excellence and business performance.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
