Are you a TechnologyOne specialist who understands how local government compliance works, not just how the software works?

Our client is a small, specialist consulting company with a growing Business Applications practice. They are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Consultant with strong, hands-on TechnologyOne CiAnywhere (CiA) experience to join their team on either a permanent or contract basis.

You'll work closely with experienced consultants and principals to help councils design, implement and improve practical, scalable and audit-ready compliance solutions across TechnologyOne OneCouncil.

The role

Working across Compliance and Property & Rating, you'll help translate real-world council processes into well-designed TechnologyOne solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and supporting TechnologyOne CiAnywhere implementations, configurations and upgrades across OneCouncil, particularly Property & Rating.
• Designing and building Business Process Automation (BPA) workflows that are structured, practical, scalable and audit-ready.
• Configuring compliance processes covering permits, licences, infringements, approvals, records and associated workflows.
• Developing and maintaining DocOne templates and document outputs aligned with client requirements.
• Working with council stakeholders to map current processes, identify risks and design improved system-driven workflows with appropriate controls.
• Leading and contributing to workshops, discovery sessions and configuration sessions.
• Supporting data migration, including mapping, validation and data-integrity activities.
• Supporting UAT, testing, reporting and solution validation.
• Providing client-facing advice, training and ongoing support to help councils build capability and confidence in their TechnologyOne environment.

What we're looking for

The key ingredient is genuine, hands-on TechnologyOne CiAnywhere experience.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience within local government compliance, regulatory, property or rating environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with TechnologyOne CiAnywhere (CiA).
• Demonstrated experience designing and building BPA workflows within CiA.
• Understanding of the compliance lifecycle, including permits, licences, infringements, approvals, records and audit trails.
• Experience with workflow configuration, system setup and DocOne.
• Exposure to data migration, UAT, testing and reporting.
• Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn "as-is" processes into improved system-driven outcomes.
• Confidence facilitating workshops and working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between compliance requirements, business processes and TechnologyOne configuration.

• TechnologyOne Ci to CiAnywhere upgrades
• TechnologyOne SaaS+
• Broader Property & Rating experience
• T-Scripts or advanced TechnologyOne configuration

Working arrangements

This opportunity is available on either a permanent or contract basis, with full-time and part-time options considered. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

You can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth or New Zealand.

Some travel will be required for client workshops, key delivery phases and stakeholder engagement.
