Job Description:
The job holder will be part of Planning and Production Control Team in Retrofit and will be in charge of the following task to support Retrofit Aircraft Delivery On Time, On Cost and On Quality.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Take part in MFTs in charge of preparing retrofit events in Getafe.
Provide unique interface with TASM for material management.
Preparation and report of missing parts status per MSN. - Timely escalation of missing parts with high impact (critical path) on retrofit process.
- Provide missing part analysis per subsidiary to planning to ensure the proper alignment between missing part status and operative planning.
- Support finding process and resolution. Provide quotation and availability of material if needed.
Maintain / Update expendables safety stock in accordance with programs. - E2E consumable flow management.
- Deliver to shopfloor station barchart and updates including inflow and findings.
- Define, create, maintain and provide visibility of KPIs needed for Retrofit Management.
- Support to Production for KPI assessment and decision making.
Dashboard creation and update. - Timely generation of planning simulations for new inputs or deviations.
Program Main Milestones follow up. - Create and update the platform to manage and visualize work on shopfloor.
- Support to production / quality for work preparation and task sequence.
- Load Capacity Analysis / Control and track headcount (targets, movements…).
- Support to production to solve issues under cost perimeter.
- Responsible for Retrofit Tactical Plan Update and Follow up.
UP Management and Update. - Simulate different scenarios for MRO/Retrofit Getafe.
SKILLS
- We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of retrofit, services processes, functions (finance, program HR, procurement, operations etc.) and IT tools (SAP, Pelícano, etc.) would be an asset.
- Good communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. - Organized & Structured
Languages: English mandatory - Academic education: University degree
