About the Regional Director Position

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to lead our iCamp operations in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, management, or program operations, a passion for children and learning, and the leadership skills needed to build strong teams and deliver high-quality programs.

The Regional Director will lead key aspects of day-to-day operations, with a focus on safety, program quality, compliance, staff development, and overall program success. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership presence and be a collaborative, results-oriented leader who values building relationships, developing teams, and creating exceptional experiences for students and families.

Base Salary: 65,000-70,000 per year, with performance-based incentives available

Here's what you will need:

• BA or BS in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with relevant experience in education, childcare, or management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the education, childcare, or youth programming industry strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and address concerns with a sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operational needs.
• Experience building strong relationships with school administrators, families, community partners, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to treat people with respect, maintain commitments, inspire trust, work with integrity, and uphold organizational values.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel as needed to support iCamp programs and operations throughout Texas.

In this exciting role, you'll have the chance to direct the following:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Oversee program operations to ensure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and strong overall performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members to build strong and effective teams.
• Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance and operational results.
• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with school administrators, families, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
• Visit program sites regularly to maintain program quality, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Support enrollment, staffing, and other operational initiatives to promote the success and growth of iCamp programs.
• Develop and implement strategies that support high-quality programming and an exceptional experience for students and families.
• Partner with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals while maintaining AlphaBEST's commitment to quality and service.
