Condition Monitoring

  • Lead the execution and deployment of Condition Monitoring (CM)-Enabled Solutions Capacity & Capability initiatives.

  • Governance: Represent APD in regular collaboration and performance reviews with business partners.
  • Reporting: Own APD Product Support Operations reporting (CVA, CM, Technician Capacity & Capability and Service Response), delivering timely insights that improve dealer performance and customer outcomes.

What you have:

  • Bachelor Degree with 10 years of Caterpillar or dealer experience.
  • Experience with dealer-facing or Cat dealer customer-facing roles, with Operations, Equipment Management, Products and Commercial expertise.
  • Influence: Ability to coordinate CVA specialists across SFM, lead generation, digital and service operations.
