What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney with at least 4 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both legal acumen and human empathy to every client interaction.

This role is for someone who sees family law as a calling—not just a job. You’ll handle cases from start to finish, advocate fiercely in court, and support clients through some of life’s most complex transitions.

Minimum Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• 4+ years of family law experience, including substantial litigation and courtroom practice
• Proven ability to independently manage cases from intake to final resolution
• Exceptional skills in legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy, with comfort using case management systems (Apple/Mac experience is a plus)
• Accurate time tracking and task management within legal platforms
• Unquestionable integrity, discretion, and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

• Monday to Friday
• No evenings or weekends

Location:

• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Dallas, TX 75231 prior to start date
