Description
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday As part of the HR Business Partnering team, the HR Bid & Programme Manager leads HR workstreams across large, complex bids and programmes, providing expert programme management, TUPE leadership, governance, and people related risk management throughout the bid lifecycle. You will be experienced in leading HR activity on large, complex bids, shaping compelling people solutions that help win and deliver major customer programmes. You're confident influencing early bid strategy across organisation design, talent, employment terms, social value, costs, and people risk. It`s essential that you have strong end to end TUPE experience and are comfortable leading complex transitions, advising senior stakeholders, managing risk and compliance, and supporting teams through consultation, transfer, and integration. Commercial and Governance Mindset You understand the commercial realities of strategic bids, with the ability to provide clear governance, reporting, and insight, ensuring HR delivery aligns to bid assumptions and business outcomes. Trusted Stakeholder Partner You should be able demonstrate the ability to build credibility quickly with senior leaders and cross functional teams, communicating clearly, influencing decisions, and bringing people together to deliver at pace in high pressure environments. Strong HR Generalist & Project Leader We are looking for a confident HR generalist who enjoys leading projects and initiatives, balancing strategic thinking with hands on delivery across the annual People Cycle. Please note that candidates will be required to undergo Secure Vetting to obtain SC Clearance for this role. The criteria to secure clearance being a minimum of 5 years UK residency.
