- Seeking a skilled and experienced Dietary Cook.
- Responsible for preparing and cooking nutritious and delicious meals for residents.
- Vital role in maintaining residents' health and well-being.
- Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and menu plans.
- Ensure meals are cooked to appropriate temperature and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with dietary department for nutritional menus.
- Assist with meal preparation tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Monitor food and supplies inventory and place orders.
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests.
- Assist with catering for special events or gatherings.
- Requirements:
- Previous food preparation experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
- Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with dietary guidelines and restrictions.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Strong time management skills.
