Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative compliments the Sales team in providing an exceptional service to all of our customers in the ordering process, and also in facilitating after sales support and advice.

Job Requirements:

Provide an exceptional service to all of Nobel Biocare and Implant Direct customers, ensuring it is a positive experience every time.

Provide technical support and advice on the implants product range.

Maintain complete awareness of and compliance with financial rules, terms and conditions of sale, and any other relevant governing policies and guidelines.

Manage a high volume of phone traffic whilst juggling numerous tasks and competing deadlines.

Refer non-routine matters to the Customer Services Manager or relevant Sales Manager.

Processes sales orders, quotes, returns, credits, warranties, repairs invoicing and any adhoc requests.
