Social Work Manager - Virginia Treatment Center for Children & CHOR Brook Road

The Social Work Care Coordination Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination of social work care coordination for patients in either the inpatient or outpatient setting. The manager ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while optimizing operational efficiency. The Manager plays a pivotal role in managing staff, streamlining workflows, and ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.

Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: Current LCSW Experience REQUIRED: Minimum of seven (7) years of work experience in a medical setting to include two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role Previous work experience identifying and utilizing community resources Experience PREFERRED Previous work experience in an academic medical center Education/training REQUIRED: Masters Degree in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program Education/training PREFERRED: N/A Independent action(s) required: Must be able to conduct duties and problem solve independently. Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable): Supervise over 30 Social Workers. Represents the Department within the organization, university and community. Additional position requirements: Must be available (or able to delegate) to staff for consultation 24/7. Compensation Range

$91,395.20 - $141,648.00

Actual salary offers will be based on several key factors to include relevant work experience, credentials, and qualifications.
