Microsoft E5 Implementation & Security Program Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Microsoft E5 Implementation & Security Program Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role will support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in ensuring the security of information systems, including ISMS, risk management, compliance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the rollout of the Microsoft full E5 license, ensuring a thoughtful, secure, and manageable implementation.
• Monitor progress and dependencies closely while collaborating with IT services.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges, proposing mitigation measures.
• Oversee configuration, identity and access management, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, particularly local police as primary stakeholders.
• Track vendor (Microsoft/resellers) and license usage.
• Bridge to follow-up projects such as SecaaS.
• Report to the CISO and document decisions and configurations.

Deliverables:

• Roadmap and planning for the E5 rollout.
• Periodic progress and risk reports.
• Agreements on configuration, governance, and management of the E5 environment.
• Acceptance and handover documents (project → management).
• Change and adoption approach; input for the SecaaS assignment.

Knowledge Domains:

• Microsoft 365 / E5: core services and their interconnections (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Identity and access: Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access, MFA; Intune (AD/ADFS/SCCM is a plus).
• Security and compliance workloads of E5; cloud, hybrid, and mobile solutions.
• Information security and GRC; primarily NIS 2 and GDPR.
• Project and program coordination and license management.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate clearly and switch between technical and non-technical language.
• Collaborate with the CISO, IT services, local police, and vendors.
• Fluency in Dutch or French is required; bilingualism is an asset; English is required.

Level and Experience:

• Ability to coordinate independently within a clear framework (SFIA level 4 – Enable).
• Familiarity with the cybersecurity domain; affinity with the federal police context.

Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree (e.g., computer science/information systems), or equivalent experience. Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Work Environment:

• Status: external.
• Responsibility level: SFIA level 4 – Enable.
• Work regime: Full-time.
• Location: Brussels.
• Working conditions: Combination of office and telework according to service agreements.
• Team: CISO-office, in close collaboration with IT services (DRI).
