Experienced CJE for Global Fraud Risk Engine at ING
ING is looking for an experienced Customer Journey Expert to join the Global Fraud Risk Engine product. This product plays a key role in strengthening ING’s fraud prevention and fraud detection capabilities and helps protect ING, its customers and society against fraud.
As Customer Journey Expert you will help shape and improve the product from a business, operational and customer perspective. You will translate fraud, risk and country needs into clear product capabilities, work closely with technology and business stakeholders, and help make sure that our fraud detection capabilities remain scalable, reliable and effective.
Your role & responsibilities:
You will be working in the Global Fraud Risk Engine product, where business, technology, fraud expertise and risk management come together. You will contribute to the product vision, roadmap and delivery priorities, while keeping a strong focus on customer protection, operational effectiveness and controlled change.
A key part of the role is to act as Product Owner the realtime fraud detection engine (RiskShield) for ING Netherlands and Belgium. You will determine together with the team the backlog, clarify priorities, align stakeholders and work closely together with the other RiskShield teams.
You will work with stakeholders across countries, fraud operations, rulewriting, risk, architecture and IT. You will help translate business needs and product features into concrete delivery steps and support the implementation and adoption of solutions across the relevant channels and countries.
Who are we looking for:
• You are an experienced Customer Journey Expert, Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar with a strong product mindset and a strong affinity with fraud in payment processes and fraud detection in general
• You can translate complex business needs into clear product capabilities, backlog items, delivery priorities and roadmap decisions, Experience with RiskShield is a strong plus.
• You understand how business, operations, risk and IT come together in a complex banking environment and can act as the linking pin between these perspectives.
• You are comfortable working with architects, engineers, fraud experts, rulewriters, risk parties and country stakeholders, and you can create clarity in a dynamic international environment.
• You are curious about the underlying application architecture, data flows and technology landscape, and are able to turn ideas into tangible outcomes.
• You have an excellent command of English.
