Audi Palo Alto is a high-volume luxury store in the heart of Silicon Valley -- 200 to 250 units per month, a sophisticated buyer base, and a finance office that reflects the same precision and professionalism the Audi brand demands. The Finance Manager here isn't a last step in the deal -- they're an essential part of how guests experience the store.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach that puts the guest's needs first

• Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- balancing strong PVR with lender compliance and a guest experience that reflects the Audi brand standard

• Manage lender relationships across a diverse lending portfolio -- ensuring deal flow, funding speed, and lender mix are optimized

• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulatory requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and applicable California-specific requirements

• Partner with the sales team to ensure clean deal handoffs and a seamless transition from the sales floor to the finance office

• Maintain deal documentation to the highest standard -- every deal fundable, every file complete

• Achieve penetration and PVR targets across VSC, GAP, maintenance, and appearance products

• Support the development of sales consultants' product knowledge and F&I referral habits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of automotive Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required

• Luxury or import brand F&I experience a strong plus -- Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, or similar backgrounds a significant advantage at this volume and buyer profile

• Proven PVR performance and consistent product penetration across a full menu

• Deep knowledge of lender programs, finance and lease structures, and compliance requirements -- including California-specific regulations

• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

• High integrity and zero tolerance for compliance shortcuts -- clean deals, clean files, every time

• Polished, professional communicator -- Audi Palo Alto buyers are sophisticated and they expect a Finance Manager who matches that standard

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
