Talent Acquisition Partner - EMEA

We're seeking a Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to support our hiring ambitions across the region! You'll join our experienced team, learn from Senior Talent Acquisition professionals, and receive ongoing coaching and support to develop in your role, all within an exciting international and purpose-driven business.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll act as a strategic hiring partner to the business, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from requisition creation through to onboarding -  while championing a high-quality, consistent candidate experience at every step. This is far more than transactional recruiting: you'll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping shape hiring strategy across a fast-moving business.

Given the breadth of Thomson Reuters as a global content and technology company, they'll be opportunities to recruit in different areas as the team covers technical and product roles (such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI/Machine Learning specialists) to commercial and go-to-market roles (such as Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success), as well as corporate functions like Finance, Legal, and Marketing. This variety means no two days look the same, and you'll build expertise across multiple talent markets and hiring profiles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent across technical, commercial, and corporate functions

• Partnering closely with hiring managers and HR teams across the globe to identify and secure the best talent in EMEA

• Managing the full recruitment process - from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding - to meet business objectives

• Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering an excellent candidate experience that reflects Thomson Reuters' values

• Using data, AI-powered recruitment tools, and market insights to advise hiring managers on talent availability, competitive positioning, and hiring timelines

• Continuously adapting your ways of working as our tools, processes, and team structures evolve alongside the business

About You

To be successful as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Thomson Reuters, you will likely have:

• 12+ months recruitment experience (ideally including candidate sourcing and screening), gained in-house or via an RPO environment

• Experience recruiting across corporate and/or technical functions

• A passion or interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition, with a genuine desire to learn and grow

• A positive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset - and, importantly, comfort with ambiguity and change

• Genuine curiosity about AI and its role in the future of recruitment and professional work more broadly

• Experience with an ATS or recruitment technology (Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred)

• Experience with, or strong interest in, the use of AI within recruitment and the broader workplace

• An excellent level of English (C1 level or above) is essential

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 84,000 PLN - 156,000 PLN. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
