The Project Associate provides essential support to project and program teams by managing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth coordination across initiatives. This role also assists the Governance Manager in maintaining compliance with PMO standards and reporting requirements. It’s a hands-on role that keeps projects organized and moving, while contributing to governance and operational efficiency.Coordinate project schedules and timelines – Assist in planning and maintaining calendars for cross-project and program-level activities, ensuring alignment and avoiding conflicts.(~30%)
Support project tracking and documentation – Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation to support project managers and ensure visibility of progress.

Facilitate logistics and assist in Governance activities – Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged. Help with preparation of governance reports, compliance checks, and documentation reviews to support PMO and non-PMO standards and processes

Maintain project tools and repositories – Ensure project data is up-to-date in PMO tools (e.g., SharePoint, Monday.com, Excel trackers), and support teams in using these tools effectively.

Support ad hoc PMO initiatives – Participate in special projects, process improvements, or internal PMO activities as needed.
