- Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and self-service reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience using AI or Microsoft Copilot capabilities to improve productivity, automate workflows, summarize data insights, support documentation, or identify process improvement opportunities.
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to prepare concise leadership updates, summarize risks and impacts, and influence data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, and initiative in identifying business problems, researching solutions, modernizing processes, and helping build team capability through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to develop executive-ready presentations that effectively communicate analytical results, business impacts, recommendations, and strategic insights.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with residential real estate, property valuation, mortgage lending, public records, appraisal, housing market, or comparable financial services datasets.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Automated Valuation Models, model monitoring, model performance analysis, model-related data investigations, or Model Risk Management processes.
- Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and self-service reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience with Alteryx, Python, or comparable automation/data transformation tools to streamline manual processes, improve repeatability, and reduce operational risk.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, or similar development environments is a plus.
- Experience supporting data quality controls, data lineage, governance routines, control frameworks, audit/regulatory inquiries, or enterprise data management standards.
