In this senior DC consulting role at Redington, you will have overall responsibility for some of our largest DC clients, which include master trusts, collective DC, single-employer trusts, sponsors, IGCs and pension providers. You will be supported by specialists from our asset-liability, manager research and responsible investment teams.
How you'll make an impact
This role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of the leadership team within Redington’s DC practice, where you’ll be responsible for:
- Shaping the firm’s DC strategy
- Industry leading research
- The continued enhancement of technology to support our work
- Marketing, public relations and business development.
About you
- Has 8–15 years of experience working with DC pensions clients.
- Combines strong technical knowledge with a strategic mindset.
- Enjoys mentoring and helping others grow.
- Builds trusted relationships with clients.
It’s a bonus if you:
- Hold CFA or FIA qualifications (not essential).
- Have experience co-leading client relationships.
- Have managed junior colleagues and want to develop your leadership skills further.
