Senior scientist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Scientist to serve as a critical R&D bridge between our commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Services) and global R&D functions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in marine coatings to drive customer satisfaction, support new business development, and ensure seamless technical execution across projects and product solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for product maintenance, testing and formula optimization project independently
• Provide support to BTE, marketing, SC and other stakeholders
• Take lead in complaint investigation and lab testing
• Responsible for updating progress and submitting project report
• Keep 6S in working environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor degree in chemistry, chemical engineering,  polymer science and material science
• At least 5 years related work experience
• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills in both writing and speaking
• Customer orientation and team work spirit
• Good operational ability
• Good communication skills
