Co-Op, Alternative Investment Project Management
The Team
The Alternative Investment Project Management & Strategic Initiatives team is responsible for the establishment of infrastructure and framework for new alternative investments, supporting all aspects of the process from strategic design and implementation to tactical execution. The team provides dedicated alternative investment project management support, including both foundational program management and ongoing alts project support for new fund launches and other key strategic initiatives.
As an co-op and member of a small and nimble team, you will partner closely with each team member to advance key strategic deliverables, manage both foundational and implementation projects across Fidelity’s alternative investment domains, liaise with a wide range of business partners across the organization, and make meaningful contributions to the advancement of the growing alternatives business at Fidelity.
Alternative Investment Project Management & Strategic Initiatives is part of the broader Asset Management (AM) Investment Services team that supports AM across key organizational and multi-year plan initiatives through program management, real estate planning support and development, execution of internal communications, talent-related initiatives and workplace strategies.
