THS, Test & Validation:
Conducts tests according to a pre-determined process or method (S2 & S3).

Is a thought leader with good understanding of the customer processes, impacting business and customer (S6 & above).

1. Conduct comprehensive performance testing, safety testing and functional verification of high and low voltage power distribution cabinets strictly in accordance with national electrical standards, industry specifications and company test procedures, including insulation performance test, voltage withstand test, loop resistance test, protection device action test and power-on operation test.

2. Be familiar with the basic structure and working principle of power distribution cabinets: Master the core composition of power distribution cabinets including busbars, circuit breakers, contactors, relays, wiring terminals and protection modules; understand the power distribution logic of low-voltage complete sets of cabinets and high-voltage switch cabinets, and be able to judge the rationality of cabinet wiring and structural assembly.

3. Detect and analyze product faults in the testing process, accurately locate problems such as circuit faults, component failures and wiring errors, put forward professional rectification suggestions, and track and verify the rectification results.

4. Complete daily equipment maintenance and calibration of testing instruments and tools, ensure the normal operation of test equipment, and record maintenance and test data completely and standardly.

5. Sort out test reports, summarize test data, sort out product testing technical documents, and assist the technical department in optimizing product testing standards and processes.

6. Cooperate with production, engineering and after-sales teams to solve technical problems related to product testing and quality in the production and delivery process.

1.      严格按照国家电气标准、行业规范及公司测试规程，对高低压配电柜进行全面性能测试、安全测试及功能验证，包括绝缘性能测试、耐压试验、回路电阻测试、保护装置动作试验及通电运行试验。

2.      熟悉配电柜的基本结构和工作原理：掌握配电柜的核心组成，包括母线、断路器、接触器、继电器、接线端子及保护模块；了解低压成套柜和高压开关柜的配电逻辑，能够判断柜体接线及结构装配的合理性。

3.      在测试过程中检测并分析产品故障，准确定位电路故障、元器件失效及接线错误等问题，提出专业整改建议，并跟踪验证整改结果。

4.      完成测试仪器及工具的日常设备维护和校准，确保测试设备正常运行，并完整、规范地记录维护与测试数据。

5.      整理测试报告，汇总测试数据，梳理产品测试技术文档，并协助技术部门优化产品测试标准及流程。

6.      配合生产、工程及售后团队，解决产品生产和交付过程中与测试和质量相关的技术问题。
