Job Description: 

As HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives across Ingram Micro (Thailand). You will collaborate closely with leaders and employees to deliver impactful people strategies, foster talent development, and enable organizational effectiveness. This role requires a proactive and consultative approach to support the full employee lifecycle, enhance leadership capabilities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.

Strategic HR Business Partnership

• Build strong, trusted relationships with functional leaders and key stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Leverage people analytics to uncover workforce trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Act as a consultant to both leaders and employees, offering guidance on HR-related matters.
• Engage with employees throughout their journey at Ingram Micro to enhance experience and drive retention.

Talent and Capability Development

• Subject matters expert in talent management, supporting succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity initiatives.

• Collaborate with functional leaders to identify development needs and implement targeted capability-building programs.

• Facilitate leadership development workshops and provide coaching support in partnership with senior HR leaders.

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Enablement

• Contribute to organizational transformation by analyzing data, preparing insights, and coordinating stakeholder engagement.
• Support change management initiatives through effective communication strategies and employee engagement activities.
• Monitor organizational health using tools such as engagement surveys and feedback platforms and assist in interpreting results to inform action plans.
