Description
Our three hospital charities fundraise so that Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust can go above and beyond for their patients. The Multimedia Content Producer is responsible for bringing our charity's mission to life through powerful audio-visual storytelling. From concepts and storyboards, filming and photography to editing and post-production, they will be responsible for creating video, photo and audio content across digital and offline channels that strengthens our brand, drives engagement, and supports organisational objectives.
The role supports all teams across the Charities directorate, requiring excellent internal and external stakeholder management in the creation of relevant, timely content for multiple campaigns simultaneously. This role is collaborative by nature and the postholder will work both autonomously and to strict deadlines, with exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities
Visual Content Creation
- Plan, film, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for use across digital, social media, fundraising, marketing, and Trust communications channels.
- Capture photography and video footage at events, campaigns, and organisational activities.
- Conduct on-camera interviews and direct pieces to camera with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Design and produce engaging video graphics, including lower thirds, stings, and motion elements, in line with our brand guidelines.
Brand and Campaign Support
- Work closely with the Senior Brand and Content Manager to support the development and growth of the charity's brand presence.
- Produce visual assets that support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and contributes to a consistent visual identity.
- Help develop creative concepts that increase engagement and strengthen audience
connections with the charity.
Collaboration and Content Planning
- Partner with the Stories and Content Manager to identify content opportunities and build a
- pipeline of impact stories.
- Partner with Digital Channel Managers across Paid Media, Email, Organic Social and Trust
- Media Lead, to develop content strategies that align brand storytelling with full-funnel digital performance objectives.
- Develop and maintain user-generated content (UGC) frameworks, templates, and bestpractice guidelines, enabling social teams and hospital staff to create authentic, engaging content that complies with brand standards.
- Support campaign planning by contributing creative ideas and visual storytelling expertise.
- Organise and maintain a well-structured archive of video content for ongoing and future use.
Production and Asset Management
- Manage the full content production process from concept development and pre-production through to filming, editing, and delivery.
- Ensure all content is produced in line with all relevant safeguarding, consent, GDPR, accessibility and other requirements.
Role responsibilities are not exhaustive, and you would be reasonably expected to take on wider tasks that are commensurate with the level of your role.

- • Work in a hot desk environment, at least two days of meaningful time per week in the Foundation’s office, plus time within hospital sites as required
- Will occasionally be required to attend events in the evening and at weekends.

Knowledge, experience, and qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience producing high-quality video and visual content for social media,
- websites, campaigns, and other digital channels, including filming, photography, editing, and post-production.
- Demonstrable experience translating complex information and outcomes into accessible and emotionally engaging visual stories. through mix of multimedia.
- Strong experience operating professional camera equipment and using video editing and creative software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Confident in operating professional camera equipment, including models such as the Sony FX30, or similar DSLR cinema-style cameras.
- Demonstrable experience developing creative concepts and turning ideas into engaging visual content aligned to organisational objectives and audience needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and delivering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating accessible and inclusive content for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
- Experience building effective relationships and working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including people from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
- Experience managing small budgets to deliver content projects efficiently.
- Good understanding of best practice with relation to consent processes, data protection and safeguarding.
