Join our Operations Team in Salzburg as a Buyer/Logistics Specialist and contribute to the smooth running of our daily operations. You will coordinate international shipments, purchasing activities, goods receiving, import/export processes, purchase orders, and inventory. You will also support basic planning and scheduling activities.

This is a full-time, on-site position offered on a 12-month temporary contract.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Process purchase orders in ERP system Oracle (place order, send order, order tracking, receive goods)

  • Shipment of instruments and goods worldwide

  • Coordination of import/export and material flow and global import/export and domestic material flows with suppliers and customers

  • Traffic and logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing material

  • Support Finance invoicing

  • Maintain highest levels of housekeeping within your working area

  • All other administrative responsibilities and/or other related duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 2+ years regular experience of using an ERP system; preferably Oracle

  • Experience of working in an international environment (Europe, US and China)

  • Knowledge of the order process from quotes to final shipment of orders

  • Good working knowledge of General administration tools (i.e. MS Office)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • basic level of education in electrical / electronics / mechatronics

For this position, the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry applies; the minimum monthly gross salary is € 3.449,08 (based on full-time employment), with willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.
