Yard Associate

Join the team at Flowly Solutions in Sacramento! We are hiring a motivated Yard Operations Associate to manage daily facility logistics and outdoor inventory flow. If you thrive in physical, outdoor environments and take pride in dependable teamwork, this hands-on role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, sort, and stage outdoor materials to prepare shipments for inbound and outbound transportation.
  
• Safely load and unload flatbeds, freight trucks, and delivery vehicles while storing incoming inventory in designated yard areas.
• Securely transport heavy equipment, products, and supplies across the grounds.
• Participate in regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to hit daily output goals and keep operations on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free yard while strictly following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in general labor, material handling, freight loading, or yard work is preferred.
• Forklift or heavy machinery operation experience is a plus (onsite training is available for motivated candidates).
• High attention to detail and pride in work quality.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions reliably.
• Dependable transport to ensure consistent punctuality.
• Capability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 40 lbs safely.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (No weekend shifts)
