Working Denbighshire ICT Specialist

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Denbighshire to assist with the appointment of a Working Denbighshire ICT Specialist, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £19.46 - £25.49 per hour

Summary:

Digital Innovation & Systems Specialist required to provide dedicated ICT, systems and digital development support to the Working Denbighshire Employability Service. 

The successful candidate will lead the implementation, development and optimisation of CRM systems, reporting solutions and digital platforms, working closely with ICT Services, software suppliers, managers and operational teams.

The role will focus on improving system functionality, reporting and management information, supporting digital transformation projects and identifying new technologies that can improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ongoing development, optimisation and support of the ICONI CRM system and other business systems.
• Support the implementation, integration and embedding of new digital systems and platforms.
• Lead user acceptance testing, implementation planning and business readiness activities.
• Manage system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Develop and improve reports, dashboards and management information alongside the Performance and Business Manager.

Qualifications:

• HND or equivalent qualification in a computer-related discipline is essential, or a graduate qualification in a numerate subject such as: Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Services and Business Information Systems
• A degree in a computer-related discipline or relevant professional qualification is desirable.
• Power BI experience is essential.

Essentials:

• Experience leading ICT system implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Experience in requirements gathering and business process redesign.
• Experience of data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
• Proven experience developing data visualisation tools, dashboards and performance reports.
• Strong experience using Power BI.
