Entry-Level Tax Staff - Private Client Group

Overview

Wolf & Company is looking for dynamic entry-level Tax Staff to join our growing and well-established national firm. As a tax professional at Wolf & Company you will gain the technical knowledge and industry experience you need to help clients manage their tax obligations effectively and enhance their financial performance.  

Responsibilities

• Prepares tax returns for individuals and fiduciary clients
• Participates in tax planning projects.
• Utilizes and develops a basic understanding of various tax programs and tax software.
• Works with confidential client matters.
• Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience
• Builds and manages client relationships
• Performs other tax special project work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Accounting
• Tax internship or 1 year of experience in public accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees

The salary for this position is $68,000.

 

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
