Markets 

Offers a comprehensive set of capital market products and solutions to the broader Wells Fargo customer base, ranging from distribution of public debt, private debt and equity products to hedging interest rates, commodity and equity risks.  

Programme Overview

The EMEA Early Careers Programme is a 24-month experience that develops your skills in Markets within Corporate & Investment Banking. As a graduate analyst, you will build leadership capabilities, deepen your product and market knowledge, and gain a broad understanding of how Wells Fargo operates across the region.

Your journey begins with immersive training in the United States alongside analysts from around the world. Wells Fargo professionals and consultants with special expertise in their fields equip analysts with the skills, knowledge and tools to make an immediate contribution to their team.  You will return to your desk equipped to make an immediate impact.

What To Expect

Within EMEA Markets, you may be placed in one of the following areas:

  • Equities

  • Cash Equities

  • Equity Research Sales

  • FX

  • Investment, Financing & Solutions

  • Spread (Credit)

  • Structured Product Group (ABS)

  • Rates

  • Economics

Requirements

  • Final-year undergraduate (graduating June 2027)

  • Strong interest in finance demonstrated through experience or extracurricular activities

  • Academic excellence with a proven track record

  • Fluency in English, with an additional language preferred

Desired Qualities

  • Engaging, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of mathematical principles

  • High personal accountability and urgency in achieving goals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Expectations

This position is deemed to be a Certified Person function under the FCA and PRA Certification Regime. You must at all times remain fit and proper to perform your role, and this will be assessed on at least an annual basis.
