As the face of our community, you’ll be the first point of contact for future residents and a trusted resource for current residents. Your mission: build strong relationships, create a welcoming environment, and help us achieve — and exceed — our occupancy goals.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of sales, hospitality, and problem-solving – and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. (Yes, weekends and holidays will be part of your schedule — because that’s when our future residents are searching for their new home!)
What You’ll Do
- Welcome & Engage: Greet prospective residents warmly and learn what they’re looking for in a new home.
- Showcase the Community: Present available homes and highlight amenities through engaging, informative tours.
- Close the Deal: Guide prospects through the application process, verify references, and turn leads into leases.
- Stay in the Know: Keep up with market trends and competitor offerings to help position our community as the best choice.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Build rapport with current residents and respond promptly to their needs.
- Track & Follow Up: Use Yardi/CRM systems to document leads, follow up diligently, and maximize every opportunity.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of leasing, hospitality, or sales experience – proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market-rate property leasing experience preferred.
- Tech savvy, with experience using Yardi or CRM systems (a plus!).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home
