Title: Business Operations Analyst

Location: Belgrade, Hybrid

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join NCR Atleos' Telecom & Technology (T&T) organization. The role supports financial and operational management across orders, revenue, outlook, accruals, backlog, purchase orders, and sales compensation, providing accurate data and analysis to Sales, CMO/Services, Finance, Billing, and business leadership.

Position Summary

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for consolidating and maintaining key financial and operational data used to manage T&T performance. The role supports monthly actuals, revenue and order outlooks, accruals, backlog, and business reporting, while helping ensure results align with NCR Atleos official financials and that revenue is recognized in the appropriate period. The analyst works across multiple systems and functions to provide a reliable fact base for decision making and to identify and resolve data or process gaps.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Consolidate monthly order and revenue actuals by business type, customer, country, and other required views; reconcile results to NCR Atleos official financial reporting and investigate material differences.
  • Manage order and revenue outlook data, including maintaining inputs and reporting in Anaplan Lite and Quickbase, tracking order backlog, and supporting business leaders with accurate current-quarter and full-year views.
  • Manage accrual and revenue-recognition activity by consolidating submissions from PMs/ASMs, partnering with Billing/BOC and Controllers, and tracking accrued revenue through final billing to help ensure revenue is recognized in the period services are performed.
  • Maintain and improve financial and operational reporting in Quickbase and Salesforce (SFDC), including historical/current-year data, order and opportunity information, purchase order data, and reports supporting PMs, CMO leaders, Sales leaders, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Support purchase order and order-management activities, including PO tracking, order validation, backlog monitoring, and resolution of data issues that could delay booking, billing, revenue recognition, or customer payment.
  • Support sales compensation and broader Business Operations activities through accurate data preparation, validation, analysis, and cross-functional coordination; identify recurring process gaps and help implement practical improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience working with revenue, orders, financial actuals/outlooks, accruals, purchase orders, order backlog, or similar commercial/financial data.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and advanced spreadsheet/reporting tools to maintain, analyze, and reconcile business data.
  • Experience working across multiple functions such as Sales, Finance, Services/Operations, Billing, or Controllers in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Quickbase and/or Anaplan, including maintaining data and creating or supporting operational and financial reports.
  • Experience with sales compensation data, calculations, administration, or reporting.
  • Experience with purchase order management, order booking, backlog tracking, revenue recognition, or accrual processes in a global B2B organization.
  • Experience building or supporting Power BI dashboards and improving data quality, controls, or recurring business processes.
