Summary
Brand Category Management is responsible for executing and analyzing all go-to-market activities for a specific category and brand through the life cycle of a product. This includes the execution of regional guidelines on Where to Play and How to Win based on local reality and working closely together with sales to generate demand.
General Responsibilities
Generate growth by cascading and adapting the regional OGSM (strategies) to win in the local market
Design and execute the regional Brand Category strategy via the annual activity calendar and integrated marketing plans
Design the local Go-To-Market strategy including final portfolio selection, distribution objectives, incentive programs, pricing and promotions (Implement - Monitor - Improve)
Develop the launch plans for NPIs developing full 360 marketing plans integrating channels, clients, activation, incentives and KPIs to drive portfolio penetration
Point of contact for Line reviews and Customer presentations
Manage P&L to drive revenue, profitability and growth and manage business performance via KPI management
Own the IBP process
Cross Functional Communication and Leadership of the Category Strategy – across local and regional Product, Brand and Commercial/Sales Teams
Understand the Trends in the Industry & Competitors to identify Opportunities to defend and grow the business
Quarterly pricing review/decisions based on input by product manager and RGM

Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of marketing, sales, or engineering experience, product management experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing Management, or related field
Strong project management skills – PMO education is a plus
Having worked in global organization is a plus
English language is a must
