For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 3 years of experience as a Cyber Program Analyst
- Ability to deploy and manage a structured cyber maturity evaluation process across a distributed perimeter of entities, including coordinating evidence submission and ensuring cross-entity assessment coherence.
- Working knowledge of IT Continuity and Backups Management practices, including familiarity with DORA requirements as they apply to organizational resilience assessments.
- Understanding of Cryptography concepts including key management, certificate management, and CKMS, sufficient to evaluate entity compliance with program requirements.
- Familiarity with Network security principles such as micro segmentation and network hardening, enabling meaningful review of entity architecture and security controls.
- Knowledge of a recognized cybersecurity framework such as NIST to structure and benchmark cyber program evaluations consistently across entities.
- Broad understanding of IT security processes, regulatory frameworks, and Risk Knowledge principles to support governance reporting and identify gaps in entity submissions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills, grounded in the need to relay program changes to entities, mediate between Group IT providers, and document assessment outcomes for program Governance.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
