As a Luxury Dining Server, you are the ambassador of the guest experience and a key contributor to creating memorable, world-class dining moments. This position goes beyond traditional table service by delivering personalized hospitality, anticipating guest needs before they arise, and ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guest Experience & Hospitality Excellence
Create personalized, memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations.
Welcome guests warmly and establish immediate rapport through genuine hospitality and professional presence.
Anticipate guest needs through attentive observation and proactive service.
Demonstrate exceptional emotional intelligence when interacting with guests, adapting service style to individual preferences.
Maintain a refined, polished, and confident demeanor throughout service.
Ensure every guest feels recognized, valued, and cared for from arrival through departure.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and special occasions with urgency, discretion, and professionalism.
Create lasting impressions that foster guest loyalty and repeat visitation.
Luxury Food & Beverage Service
Possess expert knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, preparation techniques, and culinary concepts.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage pairings.
Confidently guide guests through menu selections and make personalized recommendations.
Execute refined service standards, including proper table maintenance, course pacing, and presentation.
Utilize suggestive selling techniques that enhance the guest experience while increasing sales.
Accurately explain daily features, seasonal offerings, chef specialties, and limited-availability items.
Maintain awareness of dietary restrictions, food allergies, and special accommodations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Service Execution
Coordinate seamlessly with sommeliers, bartenders, runners, server assistants, and culinary team members.
Manage assigned tables with precision while maintaining awareness of the entire dining room.
Monitor each course and guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Ensure food and beverage are delivered according to established luxury service standards.
Maintain proper use of seat positions, service terminology, and service choreography.
Present checks accurately and professionally while expressing genuine appreciation for the guest's visit.
Participate actively in pre-shift meetings and continuous education programs.
Operational Excellence
Complete all opening, running, and closing side work to the highest standard.
Maintain immaculate dining room appearance and service stations.
Ensure all equipment, glassware, silverware, and service tools are properly stocked and maintained.
Comply with all company policies and procedures related to food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety.
Support team members to create a collaborative and guest-focused culture.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Minimum 2 years of luxury, fine dining, or upscale hospitality experience.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and modern dining trends.
Proven commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Wine certifications, hospitality education, or luxury service training preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
