Description
- Food and Beverage Department (Must be 21+ to serve alcohol)
- Amusement (Arcade) Department
- Prepare and serve food and drinks.
- Operate POS systems and clean the kitchen and dining areas.
- Open and close food service area and manage inventory.
- Support other departments when needed.
- Operate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions.
- Maintain arcade and redemption inventory.
- Keep the game floor clean, stocked, and welcoming.
- Perform open and close procedures and assist guests as needed.
- Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conducts lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
- Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
- Follows up to complete any assigned work.
- Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
- Reports all irregular issues and problems to executive management for solution.
- Maintains good communication with customers, management, office staff members and outside contacts.
- Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
- May help with mailing and shipping activities as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
- High School diploma or GED.
- (Preferred) One to two years experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment.
- Closing shift availability preferred (store closes at 2am).
- Food & Beverage: 21+ years of age, in order to serve and handle alcohol on Bar.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
- The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
- 1 hour of time play (non-prize) arcade games per week.
- 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).
- 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.
- 50% discount on food items per working shift.
- 1 free beverage per working shift.
