Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing client relationships while delivering exceptional service and strategic risk solutions. This role uses strong risk expertise to evaluate exposures, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials, and develop tailored recommendations that support client objectives. The Account Executive collaborates closely with Account Management colleagues, producers, and client teams to retain business, drive new opportunities, and help meet growth and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate client risks and provide thoughtful recommendations across product lines
Review loss experience, cash flow, and financial information to identify client needs and opportunities
Develop and present solutions that clearly articulate the impact of available options
Leverage prepared analytics to support client recommendations and decision-making
Retain existing business while collaborating with Account Management colleagues to generate new business
Implement growth and retention strategies to help achieve sales goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers
Serve as a primary client contact and respond to complex client questions and needs
Deliver best-in-class service to improve the overall client experience
Maintain a strong understanding of changing market conditions
Comply with all applicable compliance, professional, and transparency standards
Qualifications
Strong background in risk management, insurance, account management, or related client-facing advisory work
Ability to analyze financial information, loss data, and risk exposures
Proven experience building client relationships and supporting business growth
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
Commitment to client service, compliance, and professional standards

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
