Formação

• Ensino Superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos técnicos

• Experiência com sustentação de sistemas corporativos de RH.
• Conhecimento do sistema Senior HCM, preferencialmente nos módulos de Folha de Pagamento e Administração de Pessoal.
• Experiência com integrações entre sistemas (APIs, Web Services, arquivos de integração ou middleware).
• Conhecimento do Workday será considerado um diferencial.
• Vivência com banco de dados e consultas SQL.
• Conhecimento em ITIL, gestão de incidentes e gestão de mudanças.

Competências comportamentais

• Perfil analítico e orientado à resolução de problemas.
• Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com clientes internos e fornecedores.
• Organização e gestão de prioridades.
• Proatividade e senso de dono.
• Facilidade para atuar em ambientes multiculturais e em contato com times globais.
• Capacidade de traduzir necessidades do negócio em soluções tecnológicas.

Diferenciais

• Experiência com projetos de implantação ou integração entre sistemas de RH.
• Vivência em empresas multinacionais.
