Job Title: Quality Manager, , ING, P&B

Join us as a Quality Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality, process reliability, and compliance across our Ingredients manufacturing site. In this role, you will lead both Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities while partnering closely with operations to drive continuous improvement and a strong quality culture. You will have the opportunity to combine technical expertise, people leadership, and strategic quality management to make a meaningful impact on site performance. Your key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the site quality team, supporting capability building across laboratory operations and quality systems.
- Manage the Quality Control laboratory, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely analytical and sensory testing, while driving laboratory excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, including internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Monitor quality performance, lead investigations of deviations and complaints, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Partner with production, engineering, planning, maintenance, customers, and suppliers to strengthen quality performance and operational effectiveness.
- Promote a proactive quality culture while ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and security requirements.

You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- At least five years of experience in chemical analysis, quality management, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of analytical laboratory techniques, including chromatography, physicochemical analysis, and method troubleshooting.
- Experience with quality management systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and build strong relationships.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, along with a commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
