Senior Business Analyst

Mission Overview:

As part of a dynamic consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, you will play a key role in the restructuring of legal data and the construction of a Legal Governance & Topic Management platform. This program aims to transform legal disputes, lessons learned, operational observations, and new regulations into concrete topics, actions, responsibilities, follow-up, and management reporting. You will act as a bridge between legal services, IT, and management, providing clear business analysis and ensuring a smooth transfer to IT.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will analyze the needs of legal services, stakeholders, and management, and design solutions for two main projects:

• Project 1: Restructuring and Exploitation of Data in Eunom-e
  • Conduct a thorough business analysis of current processes and pain points in Eunom-e.
  • Improve the quality, structure, and exploitation of legal data for reliable reporting.
  • Standardize classifications, codifications, and mandatory fields in Eunom-e.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports for trend detection, risk analysis, and topic identification.
• Project 2: Legal Governance & Topic Management Platform
  • Establish a structured mechanism for lessons learned (twice a year, with a uniform template).
  • Create and classify topics (local vs. transversal) based on legal disputes, regulations, and operational observations.
  • Ensure follow-up of actions: link topics to actions with owners, deadlines, statuses, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Governance and reporting: track open topics, overdue actions, and ensure cross-functional coordination through consultation bodies.

Profile:

Education & Experience:

• Master's degree (preferably in Law, Business Management, IT, or related fields).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in legal, governance, or compliance environments.
• Experience in facilitating workshops: leading sessions with multiple stakeholders to gather and align requirements.
• Experience in stakeholder management: managing the expectations and interests of various parties (legal, IT, management).

Languages:

• Dutch and French (oral and written) – mandatory.
• English (an asset).

Technical Skills:

• Data governance: Knowledge of data flows, standards, and quality controls.
• Process modeling: BPMN, workflows, data flow diagrams.
• IT knowledge: Basic understanding of systems, integrations, and the development lifecycle.
• Workshop facilitation: Experience in leading interactive sessions.
