About the role:

Retail Team Leader’s demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

Other expectations include:

• Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers

• Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions

• Multitasking & prioritisation skills

• Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition

• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager

• Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time

• Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)

• ​Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)

​Lead the team to enhance showroom & product displays. Manage planograms. Use your creativity to ensure showroom presentation is of a high standard.
