WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The purpose of this role is to accurately set up meeting rooms to support all Food and Beverage events associated with our conference business as well as other outlets.
- Sets up and tears down of meeting rooms and special events, including stocking of meeting room materials.
- Maintains and stocks linen areas: Reports inventory requirements to leaders, ensuring store areas are clean, organized and stocked.
- Refresh, reset and maintain meeting rooms appearance during events
- Set up banquet bar service: set up tables, mobile bars, pick-up and delivery of bar product.
- During bar service: maintain communication with Bartender, restock bar inventory, restock ice, glassware.
- Responsible Beverage Inventory management; cleaning and maintaining store rooms. Use FIFO method of stocking and using product.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
