What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare plasma collection location.
• Perform armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas, entrances, collection areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and coordinating with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site policy, and help maintain an orderly environment for employees and visitors.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
