The Inside Sales Representative uses skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages of our products and services and present solutions for customers in the natural gas compression industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Demonstrates urgency, attention to detail and a positive attitude in every task performed.
• Develops meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
• Works as a team with outside sales to service our external customers.
• Actively manages assigned house accounts.
• Follows up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
• Sets and meets sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Discusses use and features of various parts and services.
• Reads catalog or computer for replacement part stock number and price.
• Prepares quotes for external customers and outside sales.
• Completes sales orders for external customers and outside sales.
• Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available.
• Receives and fills telephone orders for parts.
• Administer shop repair jobs and parts requirements.
• Maintain warranty and factory repairs with vendors.
• Responsible for After hours’ callout duty
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• One to two years related experience and/or training;
• Successful completion of GCS Inside Sales training program;
• Valid drivers' license and clean driving record.
• Ability to complete tasks, assignments, and impromptu projects in safe, high-quality, and effective manner.
• Ability to receive, follow, and occasionally interpret instructions in various formats (written, verbal, diagram).
• Ability to work professionally and effectively with customers and other employees.
